The Craft Bar is a mobile creative station that brings hands‑on crafting fun right to your event. I set up a fully stocked table with themed projects, curated materials, and simple instructions so guests can jump in and start creating. It’s designed to be easy, engaging, and enjoyable for all ages — from kids’ birthdays to cozy girls’ nights, bridal showers, and adult craft evenings.

Guests choose their project, explore colors and materials, and make something uniquely theirs. The Craft Bar blends structure with creative freedom: everything is provided, and guests craft at their own pace in a relaxed, welcoming environment. It’s a bright, interactive experience that adds creativity and excitement to any celebration.

How it Works

I arrive 30 minutes before your event to set up the Craft Bar. Guests choose their project, create at their own pace, and enjoy a fun, guided craft experience. The basic party package includes 60 minutes of crafting, with optional add‑ons available.

Party Packages

Base Party — $300 A fun, curated Craft Bar experience with one project, up to 10 guests, and a fully styled setup.

Premium Seasonal/Holiday Party — $350 A beautifully curated seasonal or holiday Craft Bar featuring themed materials, specialty embellishments, and additional prep to create a custom, boutique experience. Seasonal and holiday projects fall under this premium rate.

Themed Add‑On — $35 Add a custom color palette or party theme to your Base Party setup. (Included automatically with the Premium Seasonal/Holiday Party.)

Additional Guests — $5 each Extend your guest list beyond the included 10 guests.

Extra 30 Minutes — $75 Add more creative time to your Craft Bar experience.

Add‑On Projects — $5–$10 Optional bonus crafts that can be added to your party.

Travel Fee

Travel Included: Manlius, Fayetteville, Cazenovia, Hamilton, Morrisville, New Woodstock, and Georgetown. Travel Fee: Only applies to events outside this local zone.

What You Provide

The host must provide guest seating and a separate space for the artist’s 6‑foot setup table. Outdoor events require a fully covered area for both spaces. If coverage is not provided, the Craft Bar will be set up indoors. Outdoor setup cannot proceed without proper weather protection.

Safety & Supervision

The host assumes full responsibility for the safety and behavior of all guests.
The artist provides craft materials only and does not supervise children.
Active adult supervision is required at all times.

Booking Requirements

• Deposit — $50 (non‑refundable & non‑transferable) Due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Unpaid invoices are automatically released and the date becomes available to others.
• Remaining balance is due prior to the start of the party.
• Payment may be made upon arrival; no setup begins until payment clears. Accepted payments: Cash (preferred), PayPal, Stripe. Digital payments include a 3% processing fee. Checks are not accepted.
